Module 1: Assisting the Pastor

Module Description

This module is designed to prepare students for the vital role of serving as a supportive leader in the local church. Emphasizing biblical support, biblical leadership, and organizational excellence, the courses in this module equip students with the spiritual, practical, and administrative training necessary to assist the pastor effectively in a local church.

Module 2: Pastoral Ministry

 Module Description

This module is designed to encourage and equip ministers and their wives to fully embrace and fulfill their ministry. As Paul exhorted Timothy in 2 Timothy 4:5, “…make full proof of thy ministry,” this course seeks to provide the necessary foundation for a lifetime of faithful service. While experience in the Lord’s work is essential for growth, this module will prepare students and their spouses with biblical principles, practical wisdom, and spiritual guidance to navigate the unique challenges and responsibilities of pastoral ministry.

Module 3: The Spirit-filled Ministry

Module Description

This module explores the indispensable connection between Spirit-filled biblical leadership and the believer’s personal, intimate relationship with God. Students will examine the theological foundations of Christian stewardship, identifying how a leader’s faithfulness in managing God’s gifts reflects divine purpose and calling. Emphasis will be placed on cultivating spiritual disciplines that deepen communion with God, developing core qualities of biblical leadership, and understanding the necessity of personal accountability to Him. Through Scripture, reflection, and practical application, students will be challenged to lead not merely through skill, but through Spirit-led dependence and obedience.

Module 4: The Youth Ministry

Module Description

This module equips students to be faithful and effective youth ministers by providing biblical foundations and practical training for reaching, teaching, and discipling young people during this critical stage of life. Emphasis is placed on urgent outreach, purposeful discipleship, and partnering with parents to cultivate Christ-centered homes, aiming to ground the youth in the Word of God and get them engaged in ministry.

Module 5: - Stewardship Ministry

Module Description  

This module equips students to grow in all aspects of personal finance, steward God's property with wisdom and care, and pursue excellence in every endeavor for the glory of God. Emphasis is placed on cultivating impeccable character and applying biblical principles to daily financial decisions and stewardship responsibilities.

Module 6: Education Ministry

 Module Description

This module explores the biblical, philosophical, and practical foundations of Christian education. Designed for future educators, ministers, and leaders in Christian learning environments, it integrates theology, pedagogy, and curriculum design to equip students with both the understanding and the applied skills necessary for effective teaching.

Module 7: The Training Ministry

 Module Description

A minister of the Lord Jesus Christ must be thoroughly equipped to rightly discern the Word of God and to proclaim truth in love, regardless of setting or circumstance, but must also be prepared for the public application of the office. This course series is designed to shape the student’s preaching and teaching to reflect the character of Christ, fostering both biblical depth and compassionate delivery. Through comprehensive instruction in Bible study tools and methods, students will be empowered to communicate the gospel effectively and faithfully, ensuring that their ministry is rooted in scriptural integrity and spiritual wisdom while maintaining a public testimony.

Module 8: The Missions Ministry

Module Description

This module offers an in-depth exploration of the biblical foundation and spiritual responsibilities of missions, outreach, and the ministry of the Evangelist within the context of the local church. Rooted in Christ’s command to fulfill the Great Commission, students will examine the imperative to proclaim the gospel to all people, develop strategies for effective evangelism, and understand the unique role of the Evangelist in the advancement of the gospel for global and local outreach. The course emphasizes the urgency of gospel proclamation, equipping students to embody and extend the mission of Christ with conviction and compassion.

Module 9: The Discipleship Ministry

Module Description

This module equips students to come alongside fellow believers in the pursuit of knowing Christ intimately and making Him known faithfully. Through biblical teaching and spiritual formation, students will cultivate a heart for lifelong discipleship—growing together in maturity, witness, and obedience to Christ. Emphasis is placed on relational ministry, personal transformation, and the development of Christ-centered believers with the goal of carrying out the Great Commission.

Module 10: The Media Ministry

Module Description

In the modern ministry context, technology serves as both a platform and a tool for the proclamation of God’s Word. Those that come to church services, come to see, and to hear. The technician is someone who insures that they are able to do just that. This module is designed to prepare students to support their churches through the responsible and effective use of media and technology. Covering areas such as digital communication, audiovisual integration, and graphic design, these courses emphasize the importance of excellence, clarity, and biblical alignment in all media endeavors. Students will be equipped not only with technical proficiency but with the discernment necessary to ensure that media enhances—rather than distracts from—the message of the gospel.
