The Baptist Ministry Training Center prepares men and women with the biblical knowledge, practical skills, and spiritual guidance needed to serve effectively in local church ministry.

Guided Internships
Each student will participate in an internship during every module, serving alongside diverse ministry leaders throughout Central Texas. These experiences will expose students to various fields of ministry, foster lasting connections, and support them in discerning God's calling on their lives.
Instructional Observations
Students will engage in guided observation opportunities designed to showcase the inner workings of active ministries. These practical insights will enrich classroom instruction and prepare students to lead with confidence and clarity.
A Message From Our President
God has made it unmistakably clear: there is a pressing need to train laborers for local church ministry. Many have started their training yet never completed it. Others have been called into ministry but, for various reasons, are not currently serving. Still, God is leading others to begin ministry anew.
Our vision is to come alongside the servants of the Lord, equipping them with expedited and purposeful training so they may become truly profitable for the work of the ministry.
