Each student will participate in an internship during every module, serving alongside diverse ministry leaders throughout Central Texas. These experiences will expose students to various fields of ministry, foster lasting connections, and support them in discerning God's calling on their lives.

Students will engage in guided observation opportunities designed to showcase the inner workings of active ministries. These practical insights will enrich classroom instruction and prepare students to lead with confidence and clarity.

Located in the “Heart of Texas,” Nolanville offers a strategic base for ministry training. The Central Texas region is experiencing rapid growth and presents exciting opportunities to reach a wide spectrum of communities—from bustling urban centers like Austin to culturally rich small towns. 

The Baptist Ministry Training Center stands adjacent to Fort Hood, the largest military installation in the free world, positioning it in a mission field of unique significance. As new neighborhoods emerge, the need for church planters and ministry laborers continues to grow.
